Order Agreement

1. Parties This agreement is made between the customer who fills out the order form (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") and Lavizze Lighting (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller").

2. Subject The subject of this agreement is to determine the principles regarding the initiation of the product/service sales process, in the event that the order requests submitted by the Buyer through our website are evaluated and approved by the Seller.

3. Nature of Sale
Direct online sales are not made through our website.
Information submitted by the Buyer constitutes only a preliminary order request.
Sale, pricing, payment and delivery terms will be separately confirmed by the Seller and communicated to the parties in writing or verbally.

4. Payment and Delivery Payment and delivery terms will be determined within the framework of a separate agreement between the parties, and no online payment is accepted through the website under any circumstances.

5. Confidentiality Information submitted by the Buyer through the form will be used solely for order evaluation purposes and will not be shared with third parties.

6. Validity The Buyer's submission of an order request through the website means that they accept the terms specified in this agreement.
